Stock Information

If an item is in stock and you place your order before 2pm we will dispatch on the same day, otherwise dispatch will be the following day.

If an item is ‘Available to order’ it means that we do not currently have the item in stock but will order it for you. The time it takes for the order to reach us and be ready to dispatch varies but will usually be in between 2-10 days for it to reach us and be ready for dispatch to you in your chosen shipping method.

If an item is ‘Out of Stock’ that means it is temporarily unavailable to be ordered but may return to being available to order in the future.

If an item is ‘Unavailable/Discontinued’ it means the item is no longer available.

If an order contains items that are on ‘pre-order’ we will hold your complete order until all items become available for dispatch. If you would like to avoid this please make a separate order for goods that are on pre-order.

Split Shipments:

Postage and packing costs will be added to the cost of your order and will depend on the total cost of the items you order and, where delivery options are provided, the option you choose. The postage and packing charge you will pay, will be shown on screen before you confirm your order. Where multiple items are included in one order, we may dispatch the items separately, in which case, you will only be charged one postage and packing charge.

Delivery

Worldwide

Due to Games Workshop’s policy we are unable to ship Games Workshop products outside of the EU.

United Kingdom

Delivery is FREE on orders over £80. We aim to send all UK orders via First Class UK service (Royal Mail) where delivery is usually 1-2days but this may vary and is out of our control.

If the item(s) are particularly large or heavy we may send via our chosen courier (usually DPD) who provide all tracking information from dispatch to arrival.

Europe

We use either Royal Mail International or a courier, usually DPD for EU deliveries but this may vary based upon dimensions and weight of the order.

Included countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

Due to shipping regulations, we cannot send sprays anywhere outside of the UK.
